The room was clean and the linens were high quality on a decent bed. The wall unit for the fan and AC carried a very strong odor of mouse droppings.

The attached restaurant was good. The room had a strong smell of fabreez that gave me a headache almost immediately; I asked for a different room and was moved, but the new room had the same underlying scent of dirty socks. I suspect the previous guests sprayed fabreez, but it seems to be part of the hotel’s cleaning routine. The place didn’t feel clean at all. I was recovering from surgery and didn’t have the energy to keep switching rooms or look for another hotel, so we stayed the night and left early in the morning. I won’t be returning.

The hotel is close to the casino and I love the big pool, water slide, and the buffet is really good.

The place was super quiet and I loved that. The only odd thing was that the pool shut down 30 minutes before the posted time. The tavern was a real treat and the bar itself was gorgeous. No laundry service, but that’s fine 👌
