This was my second stay at this hotel; it felt very special and the room was huge, though I preferred my first room. I wish the hotel offered free airport transportation—it would have been perfect.

“It was an exceptional experience worth the price”

As a foreigner, I was pleased that the staff spoke English well. The place looks exactly like the pictures…It smells amazing from the moment you step into the lobby, to the reception and your room. The staff are ready for you from the moment you arrive until you leave. Nothing.

The environment is good, and the staff are attentive. Some facilities are broken, such as the room door lock; repair is recommended.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the view of the river lovely; it even had a large terrace. The pool was huge, beautiful, and the view from it was fantastic. After the entrance, the lobby, and the third‑floor lobby, the distances were large and the area felt a bit isolated with no nearby services or grocery stores.

I really enjoyed the easy access to the green park, cycling paths, and river. The area was clean, peaceful, and quiet, making it a pleasant and relaxing place to stay. The hotel is located quite far from the city center, with no shops or restaurants nearby, which can be a little inconvenient, especially for guests who prefer easy access to dining and local amenities.
