The air was good. The TV was not.
The water was warm. Everything else was very good.
The staff were very attentive and the place felt as comfortable as home for my family 🫶.

Breakfast and juice were good, and the air conditioning and fan matched the climate. The water taps were in bad shape and leaked, the outlet in my mother’s bedroom was loose and could cause a short circuit, and at check‑in we were only given soap, no shampoo.
“Buena relación calidad / precio”
The air conditioning worked great—no noise at all—and breakfast was really good; the location is also very close to restaurants and shopping centers. The room, however, didn’t have a smart TV, so I couldn’t open Netflix to watch shows or movies.
