Convenient for getting around. There was no parking available.

I loved how close the hotel is to the lake and the shops, and the staff were incredibly friendly, even arranging two extra trips for me after I’d already checked out; however, getting up to the rooms was a hassle because the narrow spiral stairs were steep and tricky to navigate.

It was great, just the Wi‑Fi connection was a bit of a hassle, otherwise Milie is adorable 😘

Next to Hoan Kiem lake and the staff is nice, but there’s no elevator – had to use stairs and the bathroom switch wasn’t working
