The main areas were dirty and smelled bad, and we had to wait 5 minutes to check in because the computers were updating; the front desk agent didn’t know her job and handed us keys that didn’t work. Once inside the room, it smelled like weed, so we went back to the front desk for a new room. That room smelled musty – it was the only one left – and the carpet and furniture were ripped, with pillow cases stained black. The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, and I’ll stay here again because they go above and beyond; everything else was good.

Very close to almost everything, but there was no toilet brush after use and the sink water didn’t drain properly.
