The staff were friendly, the area was great and safe, the place was clean, and they offered activities. The space is small and can feel tight when many people are in the room at once; there is no elevator, so you must carry luggage upstairs, though the staff can help.

I was blown away by the spotless rooms, the tidy layout, and the gorgeous décor of Casa Pancha. The beds were super comfy, so I slept soundly after a hot shower. Breakfast was both healthy and tasty. The front‑desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting me with my luggage and giving great tips about the neighborhood. The Condesa area where the property is located is fantastic—close to restaurants, cafés, and parks, all shaded and safe. I’d definitely stay here again.

The place is stunning, with beautiful facilities that are well maintained, and the staff are friendly. There are plenty of activities to mingle and explore. However, there are stairs, the bathrooms are inside the rooms and everything is audible, and the shower had a lot of moisture. Luckily, you can open the windows, which helps with ventilation.

L'emplacement au top, le personnel très gentil. le petit dej malheureusement. j'aurai aimé juste un peu de beurre avec le pain :)

The location, rooftop terrace, and kitchen are great. The staff are all very nice and the guests are a fun crowd. The breakfast is a bit too pricey for what’s offered.
