The location was great, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.

Lucky, the adorable dog, instantly won us over, and the spot was super convenient—close to the beach, bakery, shops, and everyday essentials. Unfortunately, after our stay, the owner reached out saying she’d found broken bed slats in two single beds during cleaning and immediately blamed us for damaging them. She didn’t first ask if we noticed any damage or what might have happened, and she expected us to propose a solution before filing a claim with Booking. The issue is that we never used those two beds for sleeping; we only used them to store cosmetics and a beach bag. During our stay we didn’t see any slat damage, so we were shocked to be held fully responsible. After we posted our review, she sent another message accusing us of posting a false review because we supposedly ruined the beds. We find that approach to guests extremely unpleasant. From now on we’ll advise future guests to film the apartment, furniture, and equipment—including mattress slats—right after arrival, so that we can clearly document the condition and avoid similar unpleasant surprises after checkout.

The location was excellent, Ania was very kind and helpful, the place was clean and tidy, we’ve been there twice and will definitely return. I recommend 😃 Everything was fine, no drawbacks.

“Super spontaniczny wyjazd”

The property sits in the city center, near a shop, restaurants, and the sea. The owner is very polite and helpful, and the dogs are wonderful. The rooms were clean, fragrant, and nothing was missing.
