I'm still trying to wrap my head around the whole experience. The hotel's location was great, but the real kicker was trying to get into my room at 1 am in -7°C. Unfortunately, no one was around to help, and I ended up giving up and going back to my car. Needless to say, I'm still waiting for a refund.
