The room was clean and super comfy, which was a relief.
The staff here were fantastic, especially Martha at reception - she was super helpful and got everything sorted.
The view from our window was excellent and the huge pool with bar was a highlight.

“Totally worth visiting, specially with a group.”
The hotel building looks impressive, fitting the experience of visiting Armenia. The swimming pool is large and very comfortable, and the staff was very eager to open umbrellas or uncover chairs and provide towels for us. The rooms are very comfortable, the Wifi worked very well. The bathroom was equipped with toothbrushes, combs, cotton swabs, large towels, robes, slippers, etc. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
The location is magical, but the furniture is a bit worn, which doesn't ruin the overall impression.

Honestly, the hotel isn’t in the center, but that’s no issue because Yandex taxis are free! I give it a 7, though I’d rather have given zero because the staff ruined my stay. The pool bar staff are zero, the check‑in staff zero, and the check‑out, security guard, and breakfast staff are 10/10—thanks to them. Don’t buy anything at the bar or you’ll understand why. It’s a shame that when I speak Russian to the bar staff, no one responds—only English. I mention Russian to emphasize my displeasure, especially when they made fun of me. The hotel is beautiful with a magnificent view and very comfortable, but the staff—especially at the bar—needs attention.
