The location is great. The bathroom is not very clean, the upper bunk is designed in a way that makes it hard to climb, there are no handrails, and the cabinet doesn’t lock properly.

No positives to note. The dormitory cancelled my reservation after 8 p.m. on the day of arrival, just as I had just landed at the airport, leaving me with nowhere to stay.

I was upset because I booked two capsule beds, got a confirmation, but when I got to the hotel only one bed was ready; the staff offered me the spare, which surprised me since I had clearly reserved two. I expected both to be set aside before I arrived, and learning about the shortfall only upon arrival caused needless hassle and frustration, especially since I had already arranged my travel around the reservation. I’d like an explanation for why my confirmed double capsule booking wasn’t honored and what steps will be taken to avoid this in the future.

The location was good, the aircond was cold and the toilet were clean. you get RM 15 tax when you pay and the staff didn’t appear in the lobby when i check out at 12.30 PM, so i need to wait for 30 minutes just for check out and take my deposit, so unprofessional
