What really stood out about this hotel was the staff - they were all so smiley and helpful, whether it was pressing the elevator button for me or just generally looking out for my needs. The separate toilet and bathroom was a nice touch, but I did wish there was a shower curtain in the bathroom.

The male staff members here really made a great impression - they were clear and concise in their communication, and made me feel at ease. The only thing that would've made my stay better was a mirror in the room, as the bathroom wasn't ideal for getting ready.

The staff here were absolutely lovely, always smiling and going out of their way to help me. I was really impressed by their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my needs.

I was blown away by the hotel's thoughtful touches, especially when I was attending a concert at Nissan Stadium - the lobby was playing the artist's music, and they even stored my luggage for me until I left. And to top it all off, they even froze some ice packs for me to take with me, which was a lifesaver on a hot day. I was really grateful for their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile.
