The spot was convenient, close enough that a 2‑5 minute walk got you everywhere, yet tucked away enough to stay quiet at night. The onsen was quiet and relaxing. English labels were missing in the laundry area, making the washing machine a bit hard to use.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for ski areas, restaurants, and cafés. The bedding was very comfortable, with a thick mattress and futon. The individual air‑conditioning was great. The shared bathroom/onsen was clean, hot (but not too hot) and relaxing, and the ski storage/dry room was spacious. The buffet breakfast was a solid way to start the day. Nothing major, but using the in‑room toilet is a challenge if you’re over 5 feet tall.

We stayed at Hotel Myosen and the experience was fantastic – the room was spotless and spacious enough for our family of four, with warm air and very comfy floor beds; the toilet and shower were clean and brand new. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Main Street where everything is available and close to the ski slopes, so my 4‑year‑old daughter could stroll happily.
