The interiors were clean and modern, the building itself authentic and beautiful with an amazing courtyard, but the highlight was Daniela—she was helpful, kind, enthusiastic, showed me my room at check‑in, walked me through everything, and sent me loads of great local tips, making me feel like a family friend rather than a guest; I’d definitely recommend staying here and would return myself, though the bed wasn’t as firm as I prefer, which is a matter of personal preference.

The spot was perfect for exploring Cinque Terre, the room was tidy and refreshed daily, the gear matched the description, and the soundproofing was solid even though the window faced a noisy street; our host Daniella and her husband were lovely, went out of their way to help and advise, and we’re very grateful, the private secure parking was essential, the hotel was 6 minutes from the station and at the foot of pedestrian streets, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby at all price points, but the breakfasts were disappointing—just a café called “c’est tout bon” across the square, offering only a coffee and a croissant, which felt out of sync with the hotel’s standard.
