Breakfast offered a good variety, the place was well located, and the rooms were spacious—even one with three single beds. The pool was great for kids. Unfortunately, the massage services advertised (and listed in the morning brochure) were not available, which was disappointing even though it was the end of the season.

The room, spa, food, and the very friendly, accommodating staff made this a great hotel in a good location with a lovely balcony and view.

The room was stunning with a large balcony and modern décor. The wellness area featured a big pool and two saunas (one nude, one with bathing suits). Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. The location was close to the train station. Dinner was very good, though the restaurant staff were initially overwhelmed by the number of guests; an extra server from the upper restaurant helped out. The hotel manager also actively supported the team. It was wonderful to experience a true host again—always smiling, even during busy times, the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel well taken care of. Simply top; I would book this hotel anytime. The only downside: a steam bath instead of the second sauna would be preferable.

Our stay started a bit chaotic. I had booked a room with a dog in advance and also requested a parking space in the garage. At arrival, the garage card didn’t work at first, then I found out the spot I was assigned was already taken by another vehicle. In the room, nothing was prepared for our dog, even though it was listed in the reservation. After several trips to the front desk, I luckily met the house manager, who understood the situation and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience, which settled the issue for me. Later, when I wanted a drink at the bar after the wellness session, I met the house chef—an elegant, friendly gentleman whose long experience in gastronomy is immediately apparent. He also personally apologized again for the rough start. I really appreciated this personal, professional approach. In the evening we enjoyed our dinner fully. The kitchen was excellent, the value for money truly top. The wine selection also impressed us—great wines at absolutely fair prices. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they’re handled, and here it was done very professionally and warmly. That’s why I won’t overrate the somewhat chaotic beginning. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel where we ultimately felt very comfortable. We’ll gladly return!
