The facilities were filthy; we stayed on the 3rd floor where the stairs were dirty and had a bad odor. The staff were completely unfriendly, the room lacked a trash can and toiletries for four people, breakfast ended at 10 am and by 9:30 am everything had been taken away, and the dining room was cramped.

The location was convenient, but the rooms were not the cleanest—no fresh towels were delivered, so I had to request them myself. Housekeeping never cleaned the room, and I was never informed about it. Stink bugs were present, the bed was very uncomfortable with insufficient pillows, and the shower was broken: the handle wouldn’t turn on, and when it did, the water was either scorching or freezing, with no middle temperature.
