“One of the most cherishable experiences”

The property itself is fantastic, and the entire staff—front desk, security, restaurant—was outstanding. Kankana gave us an excellent onboarding, while Srishti and Ajitesh made checkout seamless; at breakfast, the chef ensured we were served in the best way possible. Jaydeep and Shlok, among the team, were extremely attentive to our needs. For my father’s 70th birthday, the team went above and beyond to make it memorable, and I was truly impressed by the whole experience. No complaints; everything was perfect.

“Wonderful and warm”

The staff were wonderful, very warm, friendly, supportive, and went out of their way to help us. The only downside was that the hotel is off the main road with no signage, which is a management issue and not related to the team.

“A comfortable memorable stay …will certainly recommend to family and friends..”

The property is beautiful, living up to ITC standards, impeccably clean and gorgeous. The generous high‑tea sets put it ahead of all other luxury hotels. The only negative is that it is quite far from Jaipur city.

“A hidden gem in the outskirts of Jaipur.”

The hotel sits outside Jaipur, a bit away from everything, which makes it very quiet and serene. We really enjoyed the free high tea in the afternoon, and all staff were superb. Nothing to add.
