Ca’del Borgo B&B Country House

The modern and comfortable structure is located in the beautiful village of Ogliastro Cilento, a strategic spot to visit the main attractions of the area (Paestum, Agropoli and other nearby towns). After easy parking, Francesco welcomed us into our very clean room, which had a terrace overlooking the surrounding hills. The breakfast was abundant and varied, served personally by Francesco at a prearranged time. The host was always available for any need and open to chatting, something I always appreciate. I highly recommend this place. Everything was to our liking.

“Zalig rustig verblijf in een oude buurt”

A generous breakfast was served in the room. There are no restaurants nearby, but the lovely terrace table is perfect for evening meals (the room has a large fridge). The view, the calm, and the spacious, beautiful terrace are wonderful! The owner is friendly and everything is very clean. Nothing negative. Keep in mind you can’t park at the location and it’s a narrow street to get there. We were lucky that there was always a parking spot on a small square nearby.

“Cilento no stress”

The property is in a quiet little village surrounded by nature, far from city chaos, yet very close to many Cilento attractions like Agropoli, Castellabate, and S. Maria di Castellabate. Thanks to Francesco for his availability; we’ll definitely come back! The only downside is the somewhat dirty and poorly maintained side streets, but that’s not the property’s fault.

“Traum in den Bergen”

Everything was great! The host was very nice, the room was fantastic with an incredible view, the pool was still open in October (maybe a bit cold), and the breakfast was huge. Highly recommended.

È un luogo perfetto per chi vuole staccare la spina dallo stress quotidiano o semplicemente ama i luoghi tranquilli e immersi dalla natura. Idealmente lontano dai centri città, è in realtà in pochi minuti comodo sia ai punti di attrazione più culturali, come Paestum, a quelli di mare, come Castellabate, o ai piaceri mangerecci dei vari ristoranti, trattorie e caseifici nelle vicinanze. Il bed & breakfast in sé è accogliente e provvisto di tutti i servizi e anche qualcuno d'eccezione, come la bellissima piscina privata. Un voto trascendente dalla scala di valutazione che arriva solo fino a 10 va alla colazione ed al suo servizio, ricca, gustosa, completa di ogni bene da gustare su una stupenda terrazza con una vista mozzafiato, portata in camera all'ora desiderata senza i soliti orari militari degli hotel. E poi, più importante di tutto la pulizia della camera, con un pavimento che non invidia le lenzuola, e a piedi nudi, mi godo di scrivere questa meritata recensione per questi gentili host, che davvero sanno fare il loro mestiere.
