I really liked the room! We were supposed to check into a different one, but they assigned us this one 😍 Everything was beautiful, especially waking up to sunshine in the eyes 🥰 Perfect! We were thrilled!

I booked the Karpaty cottage Anastasiya and received confirmation, but the owner called to say the room was occupied and they couldn’t accommodate us. On Booking the rooms were listed as available, so I spoke with the owner and we agreed it was pricier for four people and settled all the details, everything was fine. Two hours later the owner called again, found guests for more days, and refused us again over the phone. The next morning the rooms were again free.

There were no basic items like mirrors, chairs, hangers, or a kettle for water. The room was bare and the door key was broken.
