The room was clean. Some staff member was rude. Breakfast was horrible. First day; the coffee was water, the juice was water with a splash of juice flavor. No fruit, like to yogurts, watery eggs- I went to get breakfast at 6:30, breakfast is from 6-9 Second day; still no only 2 yogurts, one apple, same bad eggs, they add sausages, and fix the coffee

The people were nice, yet the pool was cold and the room was unclean when we checked in—there was still food and stuff left inside, so I had to clean it up. The phone didn’t work, there were no amenities, and at breakfast there were no plates to eat the waffles on because they claimed they were out. The beds were not soft at all, and the shower’s water pressure was awful.

The location was good, but the hotel room’s location was not.

The staff was friendly and remembered my name upon checking in, but the breakfast wasn’t filling and needed more variety.

Location great staff great hotel great. First night No Hot Water to shower 😞🤬Cleaning Staff forgot to clean room and bring extra towels So I had to move to another floor 2nd room was ok just I had to move all my belongings
