The place is excellently located in the pedestrian zone right in the heart of Trieste, just 350 m from a large parking garage for my car, and the room was spacious with a small balcony.

The room was nice and clean, located in a building near the main complex. The spot was excellent, in the old town just a short walk from Piazza Unità d'Italia, and the neighbourhood stayed quiet even late at night. What shocked me was the black toilet bowl – something I'd never seen before. I told the manager right away, who assured me she'd look into it, but the issue wasn't fixed. Also, the mattress was very uncomfortable.

The spot was great in the old quarters and within walking distance to everything, making it easy to get to bars and cafés for breakfast. I would have liked a bit more city info from the staff, perhaps a map, and there was no information about the Wi‑Fi or how the TV worked.
