I called over and over because I couldn't find the place, but each time the staff answered politely and helped me out, which I really appreciated 😊

“また来たい”

The hotel was easy to locate from Ueno Station’s Ienaga entrance, and the floors were clearly separated by gender. Most guests were foreigners, but everyone kept quiet and followed proper manners. However, the shower room had personal items left behind, shampoo trash was abandoned, and the floor was soaking wet, which was unpleasant. Only one kettle was available, so waiting times were long, and the water dispenser didn’t work, which was inconvenient. In the morning, a foreign group occupied most of the shared first‑floor area for a meeting, making it hard to eat calmly.

“Great location, safe and quiet environment.”

I liked that the hotel is close to a convenience store and other fast‑food spots, and it’s also near a station with an optional breakfast available if you want it. The only downside is that towels cost a small fee, so it would be great if they were included instead.

The location is great, but because it’s next to Ueno Station, the train noise is quite audible in my room.

“整體基本設施配備皆有，早上洗漱和晚上洗澡時可能因房客多，需要提早抓時間；另外可能是天氣轉涼因素，房內暖氣太強有點悶。”

The hotel is close to JR Ueno Station and offers convenient transport. The beds lack extra personal space for belongings, so staying on an upper floor can be a bit inconvenient because you have to climb up and down to fetch items, which is understandable given the city setting.
