“La cosa più bella è l'ospitalità premurosa ed accogliente, sembra di stare in famiglia...”
Breakfast isn’t included, but on the ground floor there’s a spacious communal kitchen where you can cook, complete with individual mini‑fridges for each room. The property sits in the countryside, surrounded by greenery, yet only two kilometres from the village of Alberese. Across the street you don’t see hills, but the lush Uccellina mountains, part of the Maremma Regional Park, are visible and offer various interesting hikes, even guided ones. The sea is beautiful, though you have to drive a bit to reach it: there’s a paid parking lot with limited spots that fills up quickly in summer, but there’s also a nice bike path and a summer shuttle from Alberese. The water isn’t crystal‑clear because the seabed is sandy, but the natural setting—dunes, Mediterranean scrub, and a pine forest (accessible only on authorised trails)—is wild and exceptionally beautiful. The first‑floor room, with a double bed, was simply furnished but spacious and comfortable, featuring a large terrace. Cleaning was meticulous. Finally, as an agritourism spot, you can buy excellent organic wine and oil produced on site. Nothing negative.
