The hotel feels very cosy with a family‑like vibe from the staff, a great breakfast, a very cosy interior, great parking, quietness, big rooms, all clean and nice. One of the best highlights was taking the breakfast coffee and heading to the outside tables to enjoy the quiet, cosy, foggy evenings. The staff was phenomenal. The only downside was the internet speed.

Lovely location and setting, a good quality bed and roomy room, a comfortable stay as always, though some refurbishment might be needed in places.

Staff were very welcoming, the village location is beautiful. The room was very tired with peeling wallpaper, ripped/worn carpet and a dated bathroom with dirty grouting. There was dust on some of the fixtures too 😕
