The hotel was a lot of fun and the staff were really friendly, even trying to speak a bit of Dutch. The food was tasty and everything felt welcoming. The only thing that bugged us was the glass door in the bathroom – it gave the shower no privacy, and the toilet area felt a bit exposed.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to sleep well. Unfortunately there was no shampoo or shower gel, the bedside lamps had sockets but no electricity, and breakfast didn’t start until 9 am – far later than I’d like.

I liked the room’s décor; it looked nice and well‑kept. However, the bathroom door was completely transparent, so there was no privacy, and there was no hair‑dryer provided.

The hotel is reasonably close to the highway, which was convenient, but the room was small, warm and had a couple of broken lights. Even after asking for an accessible room we were put on the first floor, up a narrow stairwell and at the end of a hallway. The restaurant service was downright rude and the meals were far too pricey for the quality.
