The pool was dirty, the geyser wasn’t working, and when we called they promised early check‑in but at arrival they said no early check‑in and made us wait—communication was lacking. Food service was delayed.

The hotel room and service were good.

The room was clean and that’s it. The staff were never available, they didn’t even come for our checkout. Service was bad; they demanded an extra 1 k cash for a larger room because we arrived early.

It was decent, but there weren’t many facilities and it was expensive. The price was too high.
