The room was clean and well-furnished, and the bathroom was spotless with all comforts, fresh and fragrant. The location was strategic for the beach or visiting Ortona. The building itself was simple, the breakfast left to guests with signs on how to handle snacks and packaged food of mediocre quality, and the cost was really high for the services offered.

The B&B is super easy to get to and sits right on the sea front, although it unfortunately faces a pretty busy street. The big strengths are the pet‑friendly policy and breakfast: the basic option is standard, but for a small extra fee you can enjoy a fantastic local‑specialty breakfast that’s definitely worth trying. The only downside is the traffic on the street during the summer.

The B&B is spotless, offers a stunning sea‑front view at a very good price for the area, and the owner Annachiara was incredibly helpful and always reachable by phone even though she doesn’t live on site. The drawback is that it sits on a major, noisy road and the surrounding area’s aesthetic isn’t great.
