“Hostel Custo benefício pertinho do metrô em Copacabana”
The hostel is in a great spot, close to the Cantagalo metro station; after a late show, that was handy both ways. It’s also near the beach, so the value for money is excellent. They operate entirely on self‑check‑in, which I liked because they sent me all the instructions via WhatsApp. I didn’t like the check‑in time starting at 15:00; I arrived at 10:30, had to leave my luggage at the hostel and pay an extra 30 reais to store it while I waited on the street for the room to be ready. Aside from that minor inconvenience, everything else was fine.
