The staff were very attentive. The room I got was a 2 × 2, the bed felt like a plank, there was no water, and when a shower ran it wasn’t hot; I could never watch a movie because the internet signal never came back. They handed me the car with the check‑in still on and charged me extra for my pet while I was at the hotel. Very bad.

The jacuzzi was good, but there was no trash bin in the room and they didn’t provide bath soap.

The air in the small rooms didn’t come out hot, I had to wait for water, and only cold water came out with just pressure; they also didn’t have hand towels.

My one-night stay at this hotel was somewhat acceptable, thanks to the attentive staff. However, the bathroom had several issues, including low water pressure, clogged drains, and a hard bed. The water heater also struggled to provide hot water.
