Everything was clean, but the room was very dark—something I've never seen in any hotel I've stayed at, even though the photo looked bright. I picked this place because it had more windows than others, yet the first‑floor room was surrounded by a fence, which feels unacceptable for the price paid. The listing promised free parking, but the hotel said they never offer it and I was charged each night; I had filtered for free parking specifically and even shared pictures to prove it.

The establishment didn't recognize the booking from the platform, so I had to re‑book on the spot at a much higher rate.

The breakfast area was small, which was fine.
