I found the rooms cozy and the staff friendly, but for the price I expected more; the bathroom needed some TLC, it took two hours to get room service delivered, and there were no towels when I first arrived.

The housekeeping gave the supplies when we asked, but the supply was insufficient and we had to repeat the request. The staff were friendly but not well trained.

I found the location quite central and convenient, close enough to both the airport and the waterfront. There’s also a brilliant handicrafts market around the block. The staff were cheerful and responsive, the showers were very hot, room service was quick and security excellent. The General Manager, Mr Saif, was experienced and very helpful. My short stay was memorable and I would almost certainly stay at this hotel if I returned to Port Moresby.

It’s safe and the staff are friendly. No balcony for smokers.
