The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot, the air‑conditioning works, and the smart TV is great. It’s close to the shopping mall and the metro.

There were no glasses or cups in the mini‑fridge, which might be inconvenient if a guest wants to drink something in the room and has no vessel available.

The location is fine, but the price shown on the site was doubled when we arrived, leaving us feeling completely deceived; I asked for an explanation and still haven’t received any response, not even an email or a phone number to contact—there’s no way to reach them, I sent several emails, there’s no invoice! Be careful, folks—don’t go or you’ll have the same problem I did! I’m even planning to file a complaint with Receita and Procon to recover the overcharged amounts.
