The staff were friendly and genuinely nice, taking care of every customer need with care. They served delicious local food, kept the room clean, and were child‑friendly, making us feel at home. The location was convenient for skiing.

The structure is organized and clean, the kitchen is excellent and well maintained, the rooms are bright, spacious, and very tidy, and the wellness area is also very orderly. The bar service could use a little improvement due to its sparse presence and lack of table service.
