This is a great hotel with an inviting courtyard, lovely common areas, a lush breakfast buffet, a cozy room, and very welcoming, attentive hosts. The location is superb for exploring the surroundings and the sea, and we felt very comfortable and satisfied.

The service is super friendly. The room is very nice, equipped with a fridge, stove, kettle, and more. The courtyard is beautiful and the breakfast is very good. The train whistles a bit loudly at night, but the hotel can’t do anything about that.

The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is perfect with gluten‑free rolls, muesli, and cookies, leaving no wish unfulfilled.

This hotel is all about comfort! I’ve stayed there four times—once with kids, once as a couple, and once with a friend—and I’ll definitely come back. It’s incredibly cozy and the breakfast is outstanding.

The hotel is right in the middle of Tating, making it central to many North Sea attractions, and restaurants are within walking distance. The beautiful garden with beach chairs and other furniture invites you to linger. The breakfast is extraordinary, with something different every day; small rotating smoothie shots are brought straight to the table. The staff are very friendly and attentive, likely thanks to the managing director who takes time for individual conversations and turns the house into a welcoming place for guests. There’s a trust bar where you can self‑serve and easily pay at checkout. Great! Nothing to complain about. Perhaps a small note: on the day of departure we were the only guests, so no breakfast buffet was prepared—this I find very efficient. Instead, various treats were arranged on a tray and tailored individually to each guest. The offer was surprising but a bit excessive—maybe it would be good to ask beforehand what someone wants. I’m convinced someone appreciated the “leftovers”! The breakfast service lady was also fantastic.
