“Central location, connected to public transport”

The staff were helpful and the location was great for Pandal hopping: the city centre is walkable, and buses, tram and metro are close by. There was some noise in the corridor on our first night, but after talking to the staff they fixed it for the following nights, so they handled it well. Noise from outside is to be expected during festivals, the facilities are used and dated and could be cleaned a bit better, and the shower door didn’t close because the fixed shower head was in the way, so it was a wet bathroom despite the door being installed.

“I think it was expensive.”

A fairly comfortable hotel, with very helpful staff and especially the young man on the night shift the first night we arrived, it was after midnight. The bedroom was very small, the same goes for the bathroom, and I consider the price very expensive for what I get provides.

“A good, neat, comfortable stay”

The location, facilities, cleanliness, staff behaviour and food are all good; esplanade metro station is near by and New market is also near by.
