“Wunderbar”

Everything was great – the pool, breakfast, rooms, and cleanliness. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly. Overall, we were very satisfied. However, one cook did not appeal to us at all. All the others were friendly, especially Yusuf, who took excellent care of us. On the last day, a long-haired cook behaved very rude and disrespectful toward us and another staff member.

Everyone on the team was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my visit. My room was spotless, and the hotel’s location made it easy to reach the city center. I’d accidentally booked without breakfast, yet the hotel kindly added it for free. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would gladly return.

Very disappointing for a 5‑star hotel. We were upset from the start because the pool hours were completely contradictory. One front‑desk person said it closed at 19:00, another said 17:30, and a third mentioned 18:00. It’s unacceptable that an establishment of this caliber can’t communicate clear information to guests. The most disappointing part was that we weren’t even allowed to sit by the pool because it was supposedly being cleaned, yet the hotel’s website listed different hours and access. We felt badly informed and poorly welcomed. For a hotel that presents itself as 5‑star, we expected a much higher level of service, organization, and consideration for guests. A very disappointing experience we do not recommend. The pool closes at 17:30 according to staff on 31/07.

The staff were friendly and responded quickly. The rooms need renovation – they’re extremely old‑fashioned, especially the bathrooms. I’ve stayed at 2‑star hotels that were much better.
