I booked a four‑person room, but they upgraded me to an apartment. Whenever I had an issue, they came right away and fixed it; the staff were very respectful. The Wi‑Fi was fast. Unfortunately there was no parking, but we knew that before booking, so it didn’t bother us.

Only the housekeeper who greeted us was responsive. The photos on the booking site were completely different from reality: old, shabby furniture, a bathroom that looked nothing like the pictures, a cabinet with rotten hinges, and no hot water. The overall vibe was unpleasant, with misleading and foreign images. I’m sorry I didn’t take photos for future guests to see.

The location and cleanliness were good, but there was no parking. They directed us to an unguarded lot 300 m away, and the bathroom was very cramped.

Very close to the attractions, but the noise was unbearable—every sound was audible. The mattress was uncomfortable. I chose a pricier room on booking to pay cash on arrival, yet they tried twice to charge my card.
