The room was spacious and the early check‑in worked fine, and the hostel is conveniently located near a supermarket and an exercise park; the host was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that sometimes it was a bit noisy outside the room, but that’s expected in a hostel.

The private room had its own bathroom right next to it. The family living in the house made the stay feel intrusive and uncomfortable, and it was unpleasant to be in their presence.

I had a great stay: the room was very comfortable, it stayed warm, and the service was excellent. The shower could be improved—especially the curtain—but that’s a minor tweak.

The wooden house was lovely and the bed was huge and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and I’ll definitely return to Pucón and stay here again.
