Location and staff were good. We were given a room that smelled very bad of closed space and pipes, the air conditioner barely worked, and when we went to sleep the sheets were dirty and somewhat torn. The worst part was finding a huge red cockroach walking around the room as if it were its own, plus a swarm of tiny ants. The fridge and TV were old, even though we didn't use them, and the bathroom had no separation between the shower and the rest of the room. When we complained, they gave us another room that had no bugs or odor like the previous one.

Excellent location, clean room, stunning view from the window, very pleasant staff who are always ready to accommodate, listen to preferences, and help out. Whenever I come to Ao Nang, I always choose this place and will only stay there next time! The AC in Room 411 was very weak. I set it to 18 (usually I set it to 25 to avoid getting sick), and it still didn't cool. It needs either cleaning or repair. It blows in bursts, barely enough power to cool the room. I won't lower the stars for this, the problem is solvable and not critical.
