The rooms were spacious and brand new, yet when we arrived there were no parking spots available, so we had to leave our car on the street. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper and there was no spare in the room. At 07:00 a reception staff member knocked on our door, woke us up, and asked if our car was in the garage. Parking organization is lacking; I’d recommend collecting car models and plates at check‑in.

With so many issues I couldn’t find anything to like; it was surreal. I was accused of smoking in the room, which I wasn’t, and was pressured into signing a document and paying a fine, even though no such document was presented at check‑in. When I asked for the invoice for that charge, the hotel refused to provide it, showing a lack of transparency and respect.
