The room was extremely small, had no telephone, no internet, and no slippers. The reception was unprofessional, the lift didn’t work, the small geyser was useless, and the door locks were faulty. The building was in a tiny gully with no parking.

The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was smelly and dirty, the toilet seats were filthy, and the room was covered in dirt with dirty bedsheets.
