Everything was always good, though I did find some dirty cleaning towels under the sink, but otherwise it was clean.

The property was clean and the staff friendly, yet the pool was dirty and the view from our window was just a trailer park, plus breakfast was minimal—just cereal, milk, oatmeal, bananas and apples.

The staff’s customer service was bad.

Super clean; the cleaning ladies deserve a raise, but a guest on the 3rd floor was loud all night and someone should walk the halls overnight.

Great customer service, but the hotel’s location doesn’t offer any great views; I did appreciate the on‑site security surveillance.
