The location and the room were comfortable. The remote control was broken and didn’t work; I called the office several times and they promised to send someone to help us in the room, but they never arrived. In the bathtub, the drain had hair in it.

Honestly, the only thing that worked was the location. The room was awful—stank like old socks, walls splashed with crap, sheets stained red, toilet had hair on the front and a wet seat, the tub was so gross we didn’t shower, it had chipped paint and a disgusting bottom. It was the worst motel we’ve ever stayed at, not worth the money!
