Breakfast was good and the staff friendly, the location is perfect if you bring a bike, but the rooms could have been styled a bit more in line with the character of the house.

Beautifully located in a quiet spot on the Furstenberg, just 1.5 km from the Altstadt, easily reachable on foot or bike, with a very friendly welcome, a spacious ground‑floor room featuring comfortable beds, a seating area, and French doors to the outside, and a good breakfast; for dinner there were several excellent restaurants in the Altstadt of Xanthen.
