I booked a two‑night stay plus the 17th, and I regretted it the moment I entered; the lobby was hot, the elevator was ridiculously slow, and the room had no bottled water or kettle—any water had to be filled from the hot, exhausting dispenser on the first floor. I stayed on the third floor, where the hallway lights were off and I had to turn them on myself. The next day I was charged for a late checkout, and the concierge shouted at me; I told him I was a customer and could be charged for the late fee, yet he still yelled and cancelled my 17th night. Anyone considering staying should think twice about heat tolerance and water needs.

The refrigerator on the first floor was broken, and all other floors’ fridges were broken too; the staff responded but not much.
