La amabilidad del personal fue excelente! La decoración muy bonita. Las habitaciones, piscina y entorno es tal cual las fotos. El hotel presta servicios de transporte y tour a buen precio. Los enchufes servían del tipo europeo pero no sujetaban correctamente, por lo que no podías cargar el móvil tan fácil. Todos los días era una pelea con el enchufe. De hecho, escuchábamos a las personas de la habitación de al lado intentado enchufar también

Full service hotel at an excellent price. On a quiet street. Skip the suite with the pool view. The suite was slightly larger than normal room and to see the pool you have to open the window and stick your head out

For those travelling solo to Siem Reap, The Tree is a lovely place to stay. It’s very close to Bar Street, yet it’s incredibly quiet at night—perfect for someone like me who really can’t stand noise, and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. The hotel facilities are excellent; I’m very sensitive to the heat, but the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, allowing me to cool down after a tiring day of sightseeing. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Two days into my stay, the drain in the bathroom stopped working, but as soon as the staff were informed, they quickly arranged for a repairman to sort it out – they were very efficient. The beds were spotlessly clean and free of insects, so I was able to sleep soundly. All in all, this is a lovely hotel that made for a wonderful five-night stay in Siem Reap; I’ll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit. Between midnight and 1 am, people occasionally talk loudly and laugh near the swimming pool, yet no staff members intervene to stop them, which disturbs my rest
