They left fresh towels even though I hadn’t asked for any, and the staff were helpful in explaining everything I didn’t understand as a first‑time hotel guest. The first parking lot was very small and cramped, making it hard to park and exit, while the second lot was a bit far away.

The hot spring was nearby, but the rain sounded like pipes running through the building, which was annoying.

It was cheap and the service was excellent; the lobby staff answered my questions politely, and the large, nearby free parking was a big plus. The location was a drawback – the nearest convenience store was a 10‑minute walk and there weren’t many restaurants around, which isn’t the hotel’s fault but still inconvenient. I wish they had either a large public bath or a restaurant on the premises.
