The rooms were OK, and the dinner and breakfast were OK too. The location was good for public transport. It was a shame the whirlpool wasn’t operating; it would have helped our hiking muscles. The steam bath was nice, though. :-) Thanks a lot.

We received an upgrade that gave us more flexibility to accommodate our group’s needs, which was a life‑saver. Super friendly! The breakfast was excellent.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, attentive to every detail. The spa room was spacious, well‑refurbished, and relaxing. The parking was large and hassle‑free. The location was convenient for departures or hikes. Arriving after 10 pm, it was dark and there was no sign. No prior communication. The room was old, in poor condition, barely clean, with spider webs, a spider in the bathroom, and yellow‑brown leaking water. It was right on the road.

It’s on Via Francegina and easy to locate. The on‑site café and restaurant were good. Our room faced the café and the road, so it was noisy from cars, chatter, and music on the terrace. No other room was available, so we made the best of it for two nights. I’d ask for a street‑away room next time.

The restaurant offered a varied menu (wild boar cheeks were succulent). The spa was convenient and enjoyable.
