The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The spot is spot-on, right next to the train station, bus station (buses to Mt. Haguro), and the information center. They always provide two pillows in a single room, which I appreciate. A Family Mart is within walking distance, less than 10 minutes away. I liked that the hotel sells snacks and has vending machines that dispense alcohol! On the flip side, the TV didn't have Netflix or screen‑sharing capabilities, and the bathtub was a bit stained and looked dirty—after a hike I was hoping for a more inviting soak.

Está bastante bien, habitación cómoda con la tele grande, cerca de la estación, todo muy limpio. El desayuno creo que no se pasa, estaba rico pero la bollería por ejemplo para un occidental sin más
