TAN is an awesome guy, friendly and ready to help you out, making your stay comfortable and sorting any problems. The location is excellent, and the housemaid cleans the room daily. Nothing to complain about.

The place was quiet with no noise. However, the cleaning could improve; sheets weren't changed for five nights until I asked. The young reception staff should be more polite and help guests with luggage when they arrive.

Everything was fine, but the front‑desk staff were unpleasant and disrespectful. Around 10:25 p.m., I asked the front‑desk to show me where to park my motorcycle; the staff shouted at me, saying “you’re my customer, not yours, so stop asking for directions, just ask if you want to buy something.” It was the first time I’d experienced that at a hotel, and it made my birthday night even worse.

The central location was convenient for sightseeing, but although the email said I could check in at noon, I wasn’t let into my room until after 13:00; the room itself was average, and when I entered the bathroom the floor and mirror were still damp, as if the housekeeping staff had mopped without drying, and the staff were unfriendly.
