The A/C didn’t blow cold air, so my son needed a blanket that we couldn’t get—front desk said no. The pool was awful and smelled bad. The room was run down and needed work: the shower head had no pressure because the water was coming out of the sprout and shower head, and the toilet paper holder was fixed with long screws. Just some maintenance needed.

I was not happy at all with my stay; the hot tub pool was very cold.

The staff were great, the room was clean, and the bed was wonderful.

Room 105-suite had blue and white paint that I liked, and I appreciated the microwave and fridge. The bathroom was very clean except for mildew in the shower tiles. The fixtures were shiny and the decor was overall nice, but the shower needed a bit more cleaning and the stains on the couch would benefit from extra attention. The sofa was gross—I didn’t dare sit on it because of a stain and mismatched cushions. The bed was odd: it was low, so the bedskirt pooled on the ground. The walls (or at least the door to the adjoining room) were very thin, making the neighbors loud. The carpet could have been cleaner. The bathroom was otherwise clean except for the shower mildew. The sink was coming off the wall. The front desk person was fine, but I felt she should have worn a uniform or something more appropriate.

The place was tidy and clean, but the beds felt like rocks—really uncomfortable.
